    Kristin –
    Thanks so much for the comment on my blog! I’ll definitely be interested to follow your blog. How did you stumble across mine, if you don’t mind me asking?
    Also, what Olympic are you doing in September? Any chance you’re doing Westchester?
    I have found that blogging keeps me more motivated to put in the time at the gym since I know that people are checking up on me.

    I only ran track one year in high school and only started riding a road bike in March of last year and hadn’t kept up very well. I use these tri’s to keep me motivated and moving.
